there is indeed my personal set of rules that help!

DON’Ts:
🚫 Pressure and forcing
🚫 Dismissing the pain
🚫 Judging their “weakness”
🚫 Working without check-ins
🚫 Increasing intensity without warning

DO’s
✅ Stay calm and encourage slow breathing
✅ Check in regularly (“How are you doing?”)
✅ Provide short breaks when needed
✅ Warn before sensitive spots
✅ Normalize their reactions (“This area is tough for many people”)
✅ Offer little snack or drink or fidget toy
✅ Thank them for their patience and trust

And no matter what - consent matters! No is no. If person is not ready to continue - we stop ❗️

“Beauty is pain”, “no pain - no gain”, “wer schön sein will, muss leiden” they say - but my answer is: “Tattoo shop must be a safe place!”

2025 definitely taught me how to resist depression and burnout - simply by giving myself quality time and rest, simply by remembering what my purpose is and by being kind to myself

August 2024 was simultaneously the best and the worst month in my life (the best because I officially became a Berliner on papers - from there my moving started, the worst - because loosing the closest human)

I remember someone said „Everything has it’s two-years-later” - to me it means that 2026 gonna be very different in many possible senses. Lessons I took in 2024 and 2025 significantly transformed me and keep transforming me.
