Next Saturday we are teaching 3 workshops in Qi Gong and Tai Chi for World Tai Chi and Qi Gong day at Subaermarkt. See flyer below.
We will also have our massage stand open to offer 15 Minute massages on the chair, and of course, Yoga Bär Box will be open selling self-massage and yoga supplies and an assortment of incense and incense holders. The market also has food stands and a bar, and musicians playing at 2pm and 4pm. What a great way to spend a day!

Did you know that our co-founder, Christian Smith, is also a scholar? He has a doctorate in English and Comparative Literary Studies from the University of Warwick. He reads Shakespeare and world literature, approaching them from German critical theory - Marxism and Psychoanalysis. His monograph - Shakespeare’s Influence on Karl Marx; The Shakespearean Roots of Marxism - was recently published by Routledge. The critical close-reading that Christian uses in his scholarship is similar to the manner in which he approaches the healing arts. He close-reads the body and explores the multiple layers of somatic experience. This informs his bodywork and his movement work teaching.
