"Of course, listen to all the places where the plane divides the body -- from in front and from behind while you do this. Do nor busy [yourself] in the ex*****on of the action, but with what of the body image it is possible to visualize while doing this. It is more important to be in continuous contact with all the parts of the body than to do the movement more or less well. To the extent that the image of the body will be clear in your consciousness and all the points are [clear] in an equal way, you will see it will go with the greatest ease possible. It will be as simple as lifting a finger without any difficulty.
