In the midst of all the holiday food the only thing that gets me going is a colourful detoxing and full goodness salad! Love Italy and all the fresh produce!

My son’s disgustingly beautiful skittles experiment! “This is what would go in my body if I ate them mommy” he announced. What a nice wake up call for his little brother to see.

Not that my kids don’t eat sweets, but they are at an age now where they are more aware of the importance of what they put in their bodies.

My kinda way to start the day! Home made baguette, olive oil with zatar as a spread and chopped tomatoes with parsley as a topper! Mmmm! Happy 🐣 Easter everyone!
