3 STEPS TO LOSE BELY FAT AT HOME

You know that annoying lower stomach area everyone wants to get rid of?

As an FYI…I freaking hate that phrase (FUPA = "Fat Upper P***c Area”), it sounds stupid 🤷🏽‍♀️!

But guess what I hate even more?

When I hear certain trainers pushing “FUPA exercises” (primarily to women) like they’ve cracked the code to “choose” where you lose weight!

😑🤦🏽‍♀️

You need to hear this…
