The highest NAVPU as of May 30,2025 over the past 12 months was 232.058763 and as of July 16, 2025 the NAVPU is 258.432084🔥🫣. It is 32.42% increased return rate in 1 year.

Let’s talk about nerve- racking & contentious capital flow of DigiPlus Interactive Corp.

DigiPlus is a holding company, which engages in the management and operation of general amusement, recreation enterprises, hotel, and gaming facilities. It operates through the following segments: Network and License Group, Casino Group, Retail Group, and Property Group.

PLUS is one of the most actively traded stocks on the PSE, and it’s had a crazy amount of capital flow into it over the past year. On June 10, 2025 DigiPlus started its drastic pullback reaching its nearly bottom line. Although DigiPlus spent P117-M to slow the bleeding, I personally don’t think this was (and still is) a buying opportunity, there’s still a lot of risk here. Some says hold till the next SONA of Mr. President but we can’t predict the result of the political game between the President, the Senate, and the House on a populist issue like internet gaming.

It seems that it was overvalued on the Q2 and again, I personally don’t think this was (and still is) a buying opportunity.

Meanwhile, I have been tracking for months the CREIT .. .- And CREIT is on its continues capital growth appreciation👍👍👍. I believe that any deep could be a Buying opportunity for investors.
