Remind yourself of all the seemingly "small" things you've done and accomplished day by day. We tend to forget too easily the positive and remember too easily the negative (pure survival mechanism wired in us) - so try actively rewiring your brain to feel even better every day by reminding yourself of your successes and "small" wins 🙌🏼🌟

I love bringing pure awareness into my body when I move, whether I'm doing yoga, strength, endurance etc.
This way I'm completely present in each moment as I move, and can feel every sensation, enjoy more, explore, and observe. It also creates space for the mind to slow down and rest. I feel a deep sense of peace and a space for new creative thoughts to arise. Moving my body feels meditative. I wish for you to experience this beautiful feeling next time you move, in whichever way you choose - walking, biking, dancing, breathing..

Surround yourself by people who inspire you, lift you up, and make you the best version of yourself 💗
People we spend time with have a huge influence on us, even if we don't seem to feel it. I think quality relationships are extremely important, and I have definitely learned that it's not always about how long you've known someone, but mainly about the true connection you feel and how you each impact each other's lives. I've also learned not to be afraid of letting go and spending more time alone in certain periods of time, and thereby creating an opening to allow new people into my life. Trusting that whatever is meant to be will be, as long as I continue dedicated to my path and developing the relationship with my deepest self along the way, staying connected 💗

Move your body

Rather that because it's a chore.
Be grateful for the opportunity to move.
It's so easy to take things for granted that we are used to being capable of, and it's often not until we lose something that we realize the value it had.

What if there wasn’t a goal with your training/movement practice today?
What if it was an opportunity to enjoy every sensation in your body that you are able to create while you moment by moment feel into your next move without a plan?
Awareness practice comes in many shapes and forms and anytime is a good time to expand and explore within.

Even when you don't think it's a good idea, it's a good idea.
Don't let your mind fool you into skipping your training if you are able to move your body without hurting it.
Celebrate your success of committing and doing it rather than judging yourself for the intensity. Meet yourself where you are each day with love and awareness and bring joy into movement.

It's so hard to leave the comfort zone.
But it's a muscle like everything's else. The more you work it, and the more uncomfortable you're willing to get, the more you grow and get better at leaving your comfort zone.
I find it so amazing to witness how my comfort zone can expand, and how I get more and more comfortable with the uncomfortable. It become like a game. How much can I handle.. and when the growth/rewards is experienced, it just triggers more excitement and motivation to get uncomfortable again in order to grow. This applies to so many things. But actually, if you practice it in one area, it can be transferred to other areas, like for example going in the cold ocean or cold showers. Besides all the physiological benefits, it also strengthens your willpower and expands your comfort zone, making it easier to take that next step and getting a bit uncomfortable in other areas in life. I love this. This spiral effect. Keep the spiral going up.. it's all about growth, expansion.. and I realize when I feel down it's often this that's missing. I have often gotten stuck in comfort. It's been a habit. But not anymore. Small daily habits of discomfort can lead to great things 💗

Do what you love every day 💗
It feels so amazing to be enjoying every day and loving what I do, while knowing that I am in allignment and slowly but steadily achieving what I want and becoming who I want to be. Small steps constantly beats small random bursts of intensity - one of the absolute biggest lessons over learned.
Practicing patience every day and counting my blessings every step of the way 💗
