DID YOU KNOW? 👀 Some survival responses become so repeated that they start feeling like personality.

Being “the strong one.”
Always productive.
Always independent.
Always calm.
Always helpful.

Many of these patterns are deeply reinforced by the nervous system over time.

The brain is constantly adapting based on experience and repetition. Research shows chronic stress can influence emotional regulation, threat perception, attention, nervous system reactivity and protective behavioral patterns.

Over time, the nervous system becomes more efficient at repeating what feels familiar and predictable even when those patterns are exhausting.

This is why healing is not only about changing thoughts.
The body and nervous system also need new experiences of safety, regulation and connection in order to begin responding differently.

This is one of the concepts we explore inside my 4-Week Nervous System Reset Program in Copenhagen 🤍

Mini retreat recap 🌸

We spent the afternoon shaking, stretching, breathing, releasing tension, learning about the nervous system and trying to convince our bodies that maybe we can relax for one second.

We had Shake the Dust, myofascial release, self-massage, restorative movement, nervous system work, snacks and good conversations 🌸

Honestly just very grateful for everyone who came and made the space feel so warm and open 🤍

And a big thank you to the amazing facilitators who shared their energy and knowledge and made the whole day feel so special 🤍 truly couldn’t have done it without you .touchmassage

Yesterday was the grand opening of and I’m sooo happy to be part of this team 🫶

This is not a typical gym, it’s built around circadian biology, recovery and actually working with your body, not against it.

So yes, you train… but you also recover, reset your nervous system, work on fascia, use things like compression boots or a floating bed -all the things that most gyms ignore.

Honestly, such a great spot if you’re craving more balance.
