Alongside Sean James and Beach Fit Barcelona, we have raised more money for the Johan Cruyff Foundation than ever before.

First Wednesday Pilates class this evening at the new time of 19:00 (please arrive 5mins early if it's your first time).
We'll be using the original pilates matwork series to improve strength, connectivity, flexibility and much more.
