Los que estáis por aquí sabéis que Kaukek nació como un proyecto - un experimento - familiar. Todos lo sentimos nuestro y todos, los cuatro, aportamos en función de lo que podemos y lo que nos sale. Pero la mayor embajadora del proyecto es la pequeña de la familia, que comparte y pregona orgullosa 'Kaukek' a los cuatro vientos.
Hoy nos llega esta postal, que ilumina la cara de mi hija (y la de todos), de uno de sus grandes amores.
"Ooooh, me encanta..... Mami, do you know what? 'D' says they are bananas!"

Postcards from the heart.
Those of you who follow us here know that Kaukek was born as a family project - an experiment. We all feel it as ours and all four of us contribute based on what we can do and what naturally comes out of each of us. But the biggest ambassador of the project is the youngest girl in the family, who shares and proudly tells about Kaukek to everybody. Today we receive this postcard, which makes the face of my daughter (and everyone else's) shine, of one of her great loves. "Ooooh, I love it ..... Mommy, do you know what? 'D' says they are bananas!"

Welcoming spring back.
There is nothing better than weekend family walks. Even when you go out there hoping to be crushed by spring and you get it blown into your bones by a chilly breaze.
Spring is in the little warm hands that hold you tight, in the soaking wet socks that have splashed on the waves, in the bugs that we find, the stories we share, the time that we grab to never let go again.

Recibiendo la primavera.
No hay nada mejor que los paseos familiares de fin de semana. Incluso cuando sales con la esperanza de ser arrollado por la primavera y se te mete en los huesos con un viento helado. La primavera está en las manitas cálidas que te agarran fuerte, en los calcetines empapados que han estado saltando las olas, en los bichos que encontramos, en las historias que compartimos, en el tiempo que agarramos para no dejar ir nunca más.

Han sido muchos meses.
Semanas encerrados en casa. Semanas sin guardería. Semanas con una mano y un ojo en el ratón; el otro par, leyendo un cuento. Semanas sin abuelos. Semanas que han ido. Semanas que han venido.
Hoy, en Barcelona, un respiro, un aire, un paseo. Un recordar.

“Capitalism kills love”. Aquí no somos de celebrar San Valentines. El 14 de febrero no hay flores, ni chocolate, ni postales, ni nada que no haya cualquier otro día. De lo que sí somos es de disfrutar, compartir y exprimir el amor. Y hoy es un día perfecto, como cualquier otro, para contagiarnos con estas sonrisas que nos llegan desde los Carnavales de Tenerife. Cuanto amor… , cuanto amoooor….
