Recipe Idea: Watermelon, Melon and Lime Smoothie
Inspired by the Sothys Paris Spring-Summer Seasonal Treatment (www.sothys.com/en/treatments/limited-edition/oxygenate-vitamine)

You’ll need:
▪️ 300g of watermelon
▪️ 100g of melon
▪️ 1 lime
▪️ 1 handful of ice cubes

What to do:
1. Remove the skin and seeds from the watermelon and melon
2. Squeeze the juice from the lime
3. Put all the ingredients in a food processor with the ice cubes
4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Tip: you can add a little sparkling water to give your drink some pep.
