i've been on the structuring my own homemade distilled water vibe for over 10 years now....curious if I have any friends who have also consumed mostly distilled water for a while, then switched to drinking from hydrogen water (H3O2) or kangan water machines and noticed a difference in their health - or vice versa i guess too ? 😊 💦

As usual, AVOID STRAWBERRIES at all costs, UNLESS ORGANIC, as they attract the most pesticide residues of all - 20 types ! ALSO NO to SPINACH & PEARS unless organic too... and beware of large amounts of GMO PAPAYA, GMO PINEAPPLE and GMO CORN on the market - otherwise these 3 are seemingly clean enough to eat non organic (but won't taste as good of course 😉)
..and sadly you can't wash or peel your way out of the problem 🙃😓

I think this is my 3rd attempt at ditching shampoo and conditioner over the years... last time I reached the one month mark but just couldn't deal with the dust that would stick to my oily hair.
