Porque no todos los casos son bonitos y se cometen errores. Este es un caso donde se me fracturó la lima 25(0.4) en la raíz mesial del 2.7 en 2014 y en donde no se pudo remover y se decidió dejar ahí y se le manda hacer la corona. Luego se le hace la Endo al 2.6 por una caries y se manda a restaurar también con corona. La última Rx es en el 2018 y está asintomática y sin lesión Rx aparente. El éxito también de la Endo está en el buen sellado de la corona. 🇺🇸 Case that has a Broken 25(0.4) file done by me in Wich I decided to leave that way a put a crown and then because of caries I did the Endo on the first molar and indicated another crown. The last x-ray is 4 years after the first treatment and everything seems to be fine. The patient is asymptomatic and there appears to be no image on x-rays. This case teach us that a good restoration is as an important as a good Endo.

Paciente que llega 2014 para hacerse endodoncia en lateral primero y luego en central pero no el que tenía el poste y lesión sino el del otro lado. Nunca se quiso repetir el central que tiene el poste porque no le molestaba y es de bajos recursos. La última foto es del 2018 las Endo hechas por mi están sin lesión pero la del central aparentemente sigue creciendo pero sigue asintomática. Le recomendé cirugía apocalipsis pero sigue sin querer ya que sigue asintomática. Que opinan? 🇺🇸 Case that came in 2014 and we did lateral and central incisors but not the one that has the post and the lesion. She didn't want it to do it because she didn't has any symptom's. The last x-ray is now on 2018, The one's I did appear to be great but the incisors with the post seems that the lesion is bigger, I recommend apical surgery but since she is asymptomatic and has low resources doesn't what to do anything. Any thoughts?

Endowork con lsx brasseler hasta 35(0.4). Obturación mta fillapex y obtura gun.

Paciente con sintomatología a causa de caries. Endo 4 conductos, siempre buscar y tratar mb2.🇺🇸endodontic treatment because of the cavity, always look and treat mb2.
