In our holistic Gua Sha facials, we work with the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five Element theory — supporting the flow of Qi, lymphatic drainage, and circulation, while gently releasing facial and jaw tension.

Using amethyst crystal tools and slow, intentional touch, each session is adapted to your skin’s needs in the moment. Some days call for lifting and sculpting, others for calming, grounding, and deep nervous system support.

I’ve been a little quiet here lately… mostly because I’ve been deep in my massage work, holding space for others, and also learning to slow down myself. 🌿

Somewhere along the way, I realised that Face Yoga and Gua Sha aren’t about beauty at all — they’re self-care rituals.
Moments to exhale, to feel, to come back to your body.

When the body softens, the face follows.
When we release tension, we make space for glow, calm, and connection. ✨

So is becoming more of what I love most — a space for somatic self-care, where touch, breath, and awareness come together to restore flow and presence.

I’ve been a little quiet here lately.
Most of my time has gone into my massage work — giving, holding space, helping others soften — and somewhere along the way I noticed myself slipping into that familiar rhythm of doing too much again.

So I decided to pause.
To breathe, slow down, and reconnect with what I truly love about this work — the deep link between our body, our emotions, and our inner light. ✨

And in that stillness, something new began to unfold.
New ideas, new methods, a new way of blending face yoga, gua sha, somatic awareness, and energy flow.
It’s still forming, but I can already feel how alive it is.

and behind the scenes, I’m creating something very special for next year — something that feels like the next chapter of this journey.
