Once upon a time Dec 13 2020 I decided to stopped wearing my hair in wash and go

Ever since all I have seen is growth upon growth without stop.....

Here's my honest opinion, if wash and go works for you pls do so plus if you're someone that doesn't really care about achieving length do you boo.😉

I did enjoyed doing it in the past but as someone that truly wanted to retained her length, I just knew this hairstyle wasn't for me after wearing it for good 2 years.

So when I say it didn't helped me to retained length, it didn't period.

And that brought me to start doing more research, learning my hair and listening 🎶 to my hair even more than ever.

Paying attention plus developing a good hair routine

Switching products, doing less manipulation, wearing my hair in twists without doing any fancy hairstyle or parting my hair to have neat twists etc..

Obviously changing my diet all the time so I could obtain Vitamins from what I put in my body

Listen good healthy hair start with what you eat

Then follow with how you handle your hair

Plus keeping your hairstyles simple

And when you discover what works for you pls stick with it and be consistent as well, in other words discipline = result truth me.

Hope this encourage you to keep on pushing even though you haven't see the massive growth yet, don't give up you will get there. 💪🏾
