Lavender Escape

I have been working with this range for about four weeks now and it is an extensive range, but I've Googled Holland and Barrett in Spain, and realize that they sell, sadly only the Epsom Salts and two other bags of salts.
The good thing is is that you can use these for multiple things, you can use them as a foot soak, in the bath, and you could also mix them with some oil or your shower gel and use it as a slight scrub on the skin.
Studies have shown that using products does make a difference to our general well-being, and using the right product with good ingredients makes a lot of difference. Any of you that know me know I don't recommend things just for the fun of it or for any profitable gain, the only reason I recommend things is because I've seen the benefits myself and I just want to pass this on to you.
I may know longer be in Spain there to massage you in person which trust me I miss you all, but it won't stop me still trying to help you and advise you where I can. ❤️

I actually brought just the refill for the day cream as it was only 4 euros, and luckily it comes with a plastic lid so as long as you're not traveling around with it it's perfect for in the bathroom . I have actually tried it yesterday and today, and for texture it's very light and absorbs quickly into the skin and is ideal if you want to put some makeup on afterwards. Will try the ampoule tonight with my jade roller. The fun I have on a Monday night 🌙 🙃.
I have had a couple of clients within the salon and on social media ask me why I promote products that you can purchase from supermarkets, why do I not promote higher end products. My answer to this is I don't judge a product by the price, I like things that are easy to get hold of, are affordable, are nice to use and are kind to the skin. I appreciate that everyone's budget is different I also appreciate everyone's skin is different.
As a rule I don't like to promote anything that I've not actually used myself although if I have clients that are using things that they like and I can see, are doing their skin good, then I'm happy to recommend those items too.
