We're looking for a motivated, responsible and hands-on individual to join our Yacht Support Team in Palma de Mallorca, primarily within our Provisioning & Operational Support department.

🛥️ Your main responsibilities will include:
✅ Preparing and managing yacht provisioning orders.
✅ Purchasing supplies and coordinating onboard deliveries.
✅ Liaising with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
✅ Supporting warehouse organisation and stock management.
✅ Providing daily assistance to captains, chefs and yacht crew.

🎯 We're looking for someone who has:
✔️ A valid driving licence.
✔️ Good command of both English and Spanish.
✔️ Good knowledge of Mallorca.
✔️ A fast, organised and practical approach to work.
✔️ Excellent communication skills with crew, suppliers and colleagues.
✔️ Flexibility and availability throughout the yachting season.
✔️ Previous experience in provisioning, logistics, hospitality or the yachting industry is an advantage.

📍 On Saturday, 23 May, Port Adriano will host a full programme of activities as part of the Balearic Boating Festival and the international World Boating Day initiative, bringing people of all ages closer to the sea and the world of boating ⚓🌍

🚀 ESTELA Shipping Superyacht Agency will be present with a dedicated space focused on “The Future of Yachting”, connected to our creative campaign 2001: A Space Yacht Odyssey 🌌🛥️

💭 During the day, we will invite visitors, families, yachting professionals and sea lovers to write down a short idea, message or vision about how they imagine the future of yachting.
