Hot Stone Therapy is the ultimate relaxation treatment incorporating heated Canarian volcanic stones which are used with warm sweet almond oil to release tight muscles and joints. This is the ideal way for you and a partner or friend to learn how to give a really effective massage with expert guidance. During the 2-hour session you will learn many beneficial techniques that alleviate muscle strain and tension in the back, neck and shoulder areas. The workshop is specifically designed to focus on areas where you and your partner hold tension. Notes are provided so that you can practice at home and all materials are provided on the day. The sessions are fun, informative and relaxing and you get to receive lots of wonderful massage as part of the workshop. Indian Head Massage
An ancient Indian treatment that uses a wide variety of relaxing techniques and stretches to release tension in the head, neck and shoulders. It is very effective for anyone suffering from stress, migraines, insomnia and neck and shoulder pain.
