Producimos nuestros propios panes y helados orgánicos, evitando usar ingredientes como azúcar blanca o harina y nada que contenga sustancias que realmente no deberían ser comidas. Intentamos obtener productos locales para que el impacto ecológico sea lo más reducido posible. Queremos que cuando vuelvas a casa te vayas con la mejor sensación posible después de una excelente comida. Y queremos que vuelvas a visitarnos para seguir disfrutando de nuestros servicios. We believe organic is the only way. It’s not cheap but it’s the right thing to be putting into your body. We produce our own organic breads and ice-cream, we avoid using things like white sugar and bleached flour & anything that contains stuff humans really shouldn’t be eating. We try to source local produce so that the carbon footprint is as small as possible. We want you to go home feeling great after every meal. And we want you to come back for more goodness anytime!
