A quién no le encanta desayunar con unas ricas tortitas? Y si te dijeramos que encima pueden ser FIT? Prueba esta receta con nuestra proteina de Vitness:
1 scoop de proteína Vitness, del sabor que prefieras
2 huevos
1/2 scoop de harina de almendras, avena o coco (dependiendo la que prefieras o tu dieta recomiende)
Una vez que tengáis preparados los ingredientes, se introducen todos en un bol apto para batidora y se mezcla todo bien. Calentamos la sartén con un poco de aceite o mantequilla y añadimos un poco de la mezcla, sin llegar a cubrir la superficie de la sartén.
Cocinamos a fuego medio, cuando observemos que en la parte superior aparecen burbujas en la mezcla, damos la vuelta y doramos por el otro lado. No os despistéis, es cuestión de segundos. ___

1 Vitness protein scoop, any flavor you like.
2 eggs
1/2 scoop of almond, oat or coconut flour (depending on your preference or diet)
Once you have prepared the ingredients, put them all in a bowl suitable for blender and mix everything well. Heat the frying pan with a little oil or butter and add some of the mixture, without covering the surface of the frying pan.
Cook over medium heat, when you see bubbles in the mixture at the top, turn around and brown the other side. Don't get distracted, it's a matter of seconds.
