Today we finish our winter celebrations with the three wise men. They came last night and brought a lot of presents for the kids. Everyone was so excited! 2024 was a year full of challenges, life decisions and big changes, however we learned so much and I consider it one of the best year of my life. Our hands and hearts are full of love. I can’t describe the feelings ❤️ thanks to my partner of life/crime for all his support during this postpartum phase & my mom for her unconditional help 💗 welcome 2025 with a big smile and full of energy for new projects!

Anna has spent over 12 years committed to women’s health and wellness, working across diverse cultural settings from the Netherlands, Belgium, and France to Spain and the Middle East. Her passion is rooted in empowering women through every stage of life.

Anna believes every woman deserves strong, balanced pelvic health, starting with awareness of what’s happening in each life stage.

2nd baby on the way 🐣 this time is so different than the first pregnancy. I don’t remember how many weeks I am (I always need to check the app), I forgot to put the stretch marks cream everyday, I carry my toddler if she needs me, I go to playgrounds all day, to the beach, swimming pool, driving here and there. No time to rest.🤰 who else can relate? Are you also pregnant this summer?

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY ❤️ I got so emotional today 😍 when I picked up my daughter from school, she said loudly: I LOVE YOU MAMA! That’s the best feeling ever and if you need to hear it today: YOU’RE DOING A GREAT JOB MAMA!
