Voy y les dejo el tiempo suficiente para pensarlo. Vuelvo y nadie se calla, hablan todos a la vez, todavía no saben lo que quieren.
Veo la situación y me pongo de moderador. Después de una eternidad por fin consigo tomar nota.
Llego a la mesa cantando los platos y nadie te echa una mano para dejarlos, ni siquiera apartar el cubierto que te impide dejar el plato en la mesa. No saben ni lo que han pedido. *YO NO HE PEDIDO ESTO!!!!* y quién lo pidió? yo?
De repente dice: Ahhh si sii es para mii!!!
Ahora vienen esos momentos donde tienes que hacer viajes largos y los mareos de terraza a cocina
Un poco de sal ... Mayonesa.. un poco de pan ...calientame esto...
El momento que más odio es la hora de tomar café... Cortito.. largo , bombón descafeinado de sobre corto de agua tocado de bailys y con sacarina.

Todo el mundo debe de Trabajar como camarero una vez en la vida ,mínimo 3 meses ,para que sepan lo duro que es este trabajo y tener un poco de empatía hacia los camareros.

I think at the end of the day mothers and wives are begging someone to notice that the floor was mopped,
the form was filled out,
the weird crevice between the sink and wall was vacuumed ...

The favorite snacks were bought,
the appointment was made,
the day was planned,
and everyone had everything they didn't know they needed.

We are asking for our work to be acknowledged, because if it isn't,
it's like what we spend our lives doing doesn't matter.
