Am I a barber or therapist? Sometimes I wonder why I love my job so much. I have never been as skinny or broke as I have since I fell in love with barbering. But I have never had it so easy to wake up in the morning, and ever since the journey began, I fking love sundays. There has not been Sunday anxiety since then.

There is just something I love with it, and I’m not sure it is the cutting hair per say, I think it is more about what kind lf impact I can have on the rest of your day, or your weekend. Fresh for success is a thing 🫶🏼💈

Going to the barber should be a stress reliever. I have noticed that people get surprised that I take my time with my haircuts, and wanna try give everyone the best haircut they can have. For me it is my job, why would I take customers money if I don’t wanna give them my best work? It is not just cutting hair, sometimes the customers just need someone to talk to. And most importantly, you as the barber must make sure your customers always feel comfortable in your chair or in the shop.

Even if you have no idea where you are going, keep going forward will give you the answers with time 🫶🏼
