It is performed on the floor mat with the client fully dressed in comfortable loose clothing while masseur uses his hands, knees, leg and feet to move you by using a series of yoga-like stretches with a rhythmic manner. My massage studio is located in the Cultural Center Sofia "A Holy Place, Place of Spiritual Practice", Kallvikinniementie - 35, Helsinki. It is such naturally beautiful, peaceful place & small island surrounded by Baltic Sea. It is only 20 minutes to drive from the center of Helsinki. It is also possible to take the metro from the city centre to the metro station of Vuosaari, and from there to the Kallvikinniementie 35 by the bus 816 to the entrance of the Cultural Center Sofia. The bus 816 runs from Monday to Friday twice an hour during office hours. In the evenings and on weekends you can take the bus 96 from Vuosaari metro station to the Kallahdenraitti bus stop, from where it is 1,2 km to walk to Cultural Center Sofia.
