This weekend it looked liked this… precious memories with my boys, letting loose with close friends/family ( always a dance off when my Marvs around ☺️)surrounded by reggae beats at a Rum and Reggae festival!

SELF-CARE SUNDAY 🫶

Self care - comes in all shapes and sizes … My Tropic bubble is a HUGE part of my self care, surrounding myself with the most wonderful community, a team of like minded women all supporting each other, in our business’s and personal life, my best Tropic pals 🫂💚

… and this weekend I had the pleasure of spending quality time with some of my fav Tropic faces at a two day training work shop!
Day one …for the Leaders in the business, over joined to share this really special intimate training session with my new leader in the team and my dear friend … the day was perfect, with updates on the business, how it’s thriving, what part our Emma’s legacy team are playing in that✨💚 along said incredible coaching by our fabulous .kilkelly on being the best leaders in the business! We then took to the beach… couldn’t not😜 , any one that knows me well knows I love a cold dip ( and when I say I needed that dip… it was such a tonic 💆‍♀️🫶)
Then we finished the perfect Tropic day with sundowners over a beautiful meal ( it was sensational ) huge thank you 🫶

Back again for round two and a rather mind blowing workshop ‘Money Magnet’ by our very own power house 🙏… and thrilled a couple of my gorgeous teamies and were able to attend and soak up all the knowledge … we left feeling as always inspired and utterly empowered to write our new story🙌

My Tropic cup is overflowing with gratitude!🙏
