You can tell right away how a woman is doing.
And it’s not about her makeup or her clothes. You can tell by the way she looks at herself.
I spent 14 years in the beauty industry learning to see this.
Now it takes the form of
UN/SEEN

Я довго не могла це назвати.
Просто працювала і в якийсь момент почала помічати, що з людьми щось відбувається.
Не одразу, а тихенько так, поступово.. і всередині стає інакше —спокійніше. Ніби ти трохи більше з собою. І люди потім мені це повертали.
Зараз я називаю це UN/SEEN.

For a long time, I couldn’t put a name to it.
I was just working, and at some point I started noticing that something was happening to people.
Not all at once, but quietly, gradually… and inside, things felt different—calmer. It was as if you were a little more at peace with yourself. And then people would reflect that back to me.

Now I call it UN/SEEN.

This year changed me deeply.
Not suddenly, not in one day, not always in a way that could be seen from the outside. It was quieter than that.

Something very real began to shift inside me. I started leaving behind everything that had become too small. Old forms, fears, old ways of holding on to life.

There is less excess in me now. Less trying to fit, less inner contraction. And more of me….

More sensitivity to what is mine and what is no longer mine.
More respect for myself.
More silence in which I can finally hear my heart.
More courage to choose not what is familiar, but what is alive.

This year rebuilt something in me. And maybe the main thing I carry with me now. I no longer want to live in tightness. Not inside, nor outside.

I choose a life that feels spacious.. Spacious enough to breathe, to feel, to love, to create, to be myself.

And maybe this is what growing up truly means for me now…not becoming easier for others, but becoming closer to myself.

You know…
sometimes everything seems… fine.
You live, you work, you talk to people, but inside, something just feels off.
Like you’re here…but not fully in it.
You look at yourself and don’t really feel like yourself.
And almost no one notices, but you do

I used to think it was about appearance…but it’s not. It’s about whether you’re still there within yourself.
And maybe it’s not really about changing anything, but about coming back to yourself.

Живеш, працюєш, спілкуєшся, а всередині — все не так.
Наче ти є…але не зовсім тут.
Дивишся на себе і не дуже себе відчуваєш.І майже ніхто цього не бачить. Але ти - знаєш.

Я думала, це про зовнішність..Але ні.
Це про те,чи є ти в собі. І, вирогідно , справа не в змінах, а в тому, щоб повернутись до себе

Lately, I feel my right to take up space expanding.

To become less reduced, less contained, less willing to fit into a life that is smaller than what I truly need.
And with that, my voice is arriving too. My own! True.
Maybe beauty was never only beauty, maaybe it was one of the ways I learned to remain visible to myself.

Останнім часом я відчуваю, як у мені розширюється право займати місце.
Менше зменшувати себе/стискатися, менше погоджуватися на життя, яке МЕНШЕ за те, що мені насправді потрібно. І разом з цим приходить голос. Мій. Справжній.
Можливо, beauty ніколи не була тільки про beauty, а можливо, це була одна з мов, через які я вчилася залишатися видимою для себе.

We disappear more often than we notice.

I know this from my own life. Not as an idea, but as something I’ve lived through. There is a moment when you begin to feel yourself again. Finally, in your body, in your gaze, in the way you move through your day.

And you feel it with your whole being.
Today, I feel grateful for the last 4–5 years of deep change and painful transformation.

Because this is exactly where UN/SEEN was born 😌

For many years, fashion has played an important role in my life.

Behind the scenes, while working with models, I watched women as they prepared to walk the runway.

It’s a special moment. So much energy, tension, beauty… all of it is reflected on their faces and bodies.

After working in the beauty industry for 14 years, I began to notice something deeper and more important: ⏩ Presence.

This experience became one of the foundations of my UN/SEEN method.

Presence is rare.
