FWC is a group of Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches who have been trained at IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition), New York. We are here not to provide specific diets or to tell you what you should or shouldn't eat. Our intention is to help you find your way to a nutrition style that is healthy for your body and for for your soul and is sustainable for our environment.
