The truth is, nails are made from keratin (just like your hair), and the part you can see isn’t living tissue, so it doesn’t actually breathe ✨

When nails feel thin, dry, or damaged after enhancements, it’s usually down to things like incorrect removal, picking product off, over-filing, or dehydration, not because your nails have been “suffocated” 💅
