Roam N’ Roost is a fast-growing and exciting motorhome rental business based in Drumoak, Aberdeenshire.

We offer top-of-the-range motorhomes for rent in Aberdeen, helping our customers create unforgettable travel experiences.

As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our small but hardworking team. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised, and thrives in a growing, dynamic business.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be a key point of contact for our customers, helping to ensure a smooth and friendly experience from first enquiry through to vehicle handover and return.

Your responsibilities will include:
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms

Assisting with securing and managing bookings.

Carrying out motorhome handovers and explaining vehicle features to customers

Performing driver checks and supporting insurance booking compliance

General administrative duties, including record keeping and documentation

Assisting with social media content and engagement

Helping with video content creation for marketing and promotions

Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks

Working Hours & Flexibility

This role offers flexible working arrangements, depending on the season:

Full-time hours during the busy summer period

Part-time hours during quieter months
Alternatively, the role can remain full-time year-round, with varied duties during the off-season

Flexibility with working hours is essential, particularly during peak periods, including weekend work, to support customer bookings and motorhome handovers.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly, professional, and confident when dealing with customers you should be organised, reliable, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working as part of a small, close-knit team and able to work on own initiative

Willing to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities

Interested in social media and content creation (experience is a bonus, not essential)

Flexible, proactive, and adaptable

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence (essential)
Must be aged 23 or over for insurance purposes
