How stunning was the beach this morning 😍😍

Aberdeen beach at 7.44am this morning. We ran, we swam, we ate left over breakfast from Foodstory’s beach hut. We feel ALIVE. The cold water swims (just with wetsuit socks) make us feel clear and light and tingly and full of ideas of what we want to achieve in our life. It feels good. Try it.
