Good morning ladies!

I am now going to be based at The Spa Salon - 18 market street on a Fridays after 4pm & every second Saturday ( just to start with to find my feet & appointments etc)

I cannot stress enough that if you have an appointment booked please do not cancel on the day as it’s money out my pocket and very unreasonable.

Before when I had my own place it was different, I could let on the day cancellations happen but im now renting a chair so any cancellations I still need to pay my day rate.

I have a 24hr cancellation policy in place and it will be used with immediate effect from now on.

If you can less than 24hrs notice, you will be charged 50% fee. If this fee is not paid then I will not be rebooking you in.

3 cancellations in 1 day ON THE SAME DAY AS YOUR APPOINTMENT is an absolute joke & no go.

Im running a business, and to earn money. Not to accommodate your schedule when you don’t feel like coming to an appointment that has been booked.

Sorry if this sounds bitchy but you can imagine having 3 cancellations due to no good reasoning.
