Hey everyone, Harley here, creator and founder of Hive + Co - Collaborative Salon. I have some exciting news: it’s time for me to hand over the reins.

Starting Hive + Co has been an incredible journey. It’s a bittersweet feeling, creating something from scratch, realising a vision, and then passing it on to a new owner. There comes a point when you need to let go of something that no longer serves you. This is a full-circle moment for me, and I’m so proud of what I’ve accomplished. Thank you to everyone who has supported me from the beginning until now. I’ll still be based at the salon for brows, so not much will change in that regard—I’ll just have more mental space. WOOHOO!

The desire to chase the ‘girl boss’ life has shifted for me along the way. It’s time for a well-deserved pause for reflection 💫

I’m grateful for all the opportunities I’ve had and created for others while owning the salon. Now, I only have energy and space for things that truly align with me. Creating space for new things to enter my life.
To all the collaborators, past and present, I appreciate the faith you’ve had in me. Thank you 🙏 I wish you all the best!

I’m glad I created a space where so many people felt comfortable - that was my ultimate goal.

Our space is a salon majority of the time but it has also transformed and held birthday parties & pop up shops, all the way to clairvoyant nights.

We have such a beautiful versatile space - let’s use it to it’s full potential ✨

CHRISTMAS MARKET

We are excited to hold our first Christmas market this year at the salon! After 2 years of not being able to due to the other C word 😂 we are looking forward it!

We have some great stalls holders coming along, local businesses;

We will also have some Bucks Fizz and nibbles as well as cheesy Christmas tunes to try help us all get into the spirit!

Raffle: We will be holding a raffle at the event for the potential to win a great prize with proceeds going to a local charity. This is where we would like your assistance, if you could suggest some great local charities we’ll pick one and they’ll be our charity of the year starting from 2023.

Doesn’t cost much to be kind and happy so we are starting the thanksgiving / Christmas spirit early 🎄don’t worry though we still love Halloween 🎃 so no more Xmas talk until after all the sweeties 👻

We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

The sincerest of condolences go to the Royal Family at this incredibly sad time. No matter your opinion on the monarchy, she had an elegant seventy years of service.
