Yes I do them. Here I'm working with raccoon international luxe links. These are the lightest pre-bonded extentions I have found on the market. They're so great for adding volume to finer hair as these beauty's dont weigh on the follicle, avoiding hairloss by being to heavy.

Salon days are my favourite days. Come with me through my morning routine b4 a busy and exciting day at the salon.

My Daily Routine. It differs slightly from day to day but generally I like to start the day with a workout and a quick meditation. Meditating is relatively new to my routine, I use the @calm app for guidance. I highly recommend adding this to your day, I do 7 -20 mins depending on what time I have. Along with my sessions with @theselflovesubscription I'm living a more positive and self-loving lifestyle. Cally has helped me shed those doubtful thoughts and limiting believes. I like to have dinner prepped as a busy working family it's easy to reach for crappie convenience food, this way we all get more wholesome meals throughout the week. Easy mid week recipe go to's are either, @jamieoliver 7 ways(u see me preparing his cajun coddled eggs here ) , jo wicks lean in 15's, yum & yummer. Take the dogs for a walk, Charlie loves his ball and Stella loves anything to roll in, grass, sand and snow being her top picks. Then it's off to work to see my beautiful clients. I'm so grateful to you all for helping love my job as much as I do.
