We would like to let you know that unfortunately we have had many clients cancelling their appointments at the last minute or not turning up to appointments at all.

We are now having to put a deposit policy into place for all future appointments.

We are truly sorry that it’s had to come to this as we appreciate all our clients who have supported us all over the years. The system only lets us apply an “all or nothing” policy. I do hope you understand and we can continue to have you as as clients & friends.
