❗️A gentle reminder for all clients.

To ensure the best experience and smooth running of my schedule, I would like to clarify a few important points.

▪️Messages are answered during working hours only. Any messages sent outside of these hours will be replied to once I am back at work.

▪️All bookings, cancellations and appointment changes can be managed online. If you contact me regarding bookings outside working hours, please use the booking system or wait for a reply.

▪️For all business enquiries, please use my business contact details only. This includes my business social media pages, email and contact number. Private social media accounts are not used for work communication.

▪️When booking, please select the correct service. Returning after a longer period of time or appointments requiring extra work may need a longer slot and different pricing.

▪️BIAB is a soft builder gel. It is not a universal solution and may not be suitable for every nail type or every situation. I will always advise the most suitable service where needed.

▪️Please also note that prices are largely remaining the same. There will be a small increase on selected services only, along with a few updated service options to better reflect the time, work and products involved.

❗️Repairs and damages are chargeable, as they require additional time and materials.
