I did some refresher training with Rose on Monday (a misplaced set of certificates, but also the perfect excuse for a good refresh!) & doing it with the same lecturer who taught me at Aberdeen College 13 years ago.

I loved my time at college, and we’ve kept in touch ever since. Rose has always been someone I could message when I was unsure about anything, and she’d keep me right.

It was so lovely to do some refresher training for this yummy mummy. She also happens to be one of my original "beauty babies" from when I first taught 13 years ago, she reminded me it was this long..... WOW no wonder I find more greys every day!! 🙈🤣

Her passion shines through and we generally caught up on life/mumming etc. I get it, i get it fitting all this in is haaaard!!🫠🫠

Refreshing old skills is something that is so helpful. Sometimes things change and you dont necessarily put skills that you have learned into practice for various reasons so they remain sorta there somewhere but poss need a wee confidence boost to reignite them or reignite the flame you could say. Inspiring people to acheive is a passion I found a long time a go that is SO SO rewarding! So coming back to it or up for something totally new I would be delighted to help!

Important Notice – Change of Working Days

Please note that from Monday 24th February, my working days will change to Mondays and Thursdays.

As a result, I will need to reschedule all appointments from that week onwards. I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and would like to reassure you that I will ensure all clients are accommodated. I am currently in the process of contacting everyone individually to rearrange appointments.

I hope this new schedule will be convenient and will also allow greater appointment availability, including the addition of another late evening.

Additionally, this change allows for the expansion of our team. We are pleased to welcome a new beauty therapist, who will be offering nail services, meaning we can now meet all nail treatment requests.

For an independent business, this kind of thing is brutal — it’s like taking a brick to the face after months of planning, staffing, and turning away other guests.

Hello everyone, happy November! 🍂

I’m finally adding another date to the diary this week as part of my staged return from maternity leave — and I’m now able to welcome new clients back to the salon!

I’ll be honest, it feels a little strange (and exciting!) to be taking on new clients again after so many years. Not being able to cater to everyone has been tough, but I’m slowly building my days back up.

Reading through my reviews recently made me feel so proud — over 100 five-star reviews! So many mentioned how relaxed they felt during their first visit and how at ease I made them feel. It reminded me why I love what I do.

I can’t wait to welcome both old and new faces back into the salon this week — and to celebrate, the popular massage offer is back! 💆🏼‍♀️✨
