The Keratin Complex KCSMOOTH Heat Activated Smoothing System is a professional 2-step treatment designed to deliver smoother, stronger hair with maximum manageability for up to 3 months. It is powered by a proprietary blend of Signature Keratin, antioxidants, and amino acids to repair damage and instantly condition the hair.

The first 4 clients to have this service in salon will receive a free take home keratin treatment to maintain and extend results ✨

This service will require a £50 non refundable deposit for booking due to it be custom ordered in for you. This will be taken off the final bill on the day of service.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT 2026

From march 16th my service prices will be increasing, most services will be a small adjustment with the exception of wholehead highlights and toners which will be a 10% increase as the time and product involved has greatly increased. Any questions please just contact me.

I am also looking to add some new exciting services to the menu of smoothing treatments and bond building strengthening treatments 🤩 but would love your feedback if this is something you would be interested in or if you have seen a service you would like added to what I offer 🫶.

Unfortunately I have had a lot of missed appointments in the last few months. This is not something I have really had problems with in the past but it is now becoming a regular occurrence along with very last minute cancellations. I have always been very understanding when appointments need to be rescheduled but if I have little to no notice I can’t fill that space so is lost income. I will now be putting in a cancellation policy.

-All appointments will require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

-Appointments cancelled or rescheduled after this time will have a 50% charge of the appointment price.

Christmas policy will include Appointments rescheduled after the 48 hour time will be only rescheduled to my cove salon (if space is available).

Illness cancellations will be discussed privately but appointments cancelled for illness will not be rebooked until you are better so not to have to reschedule again.

SALON APPOINTMENTS

I am currently fully booked for colour appointments until 29th September and the rest of the year is looking to be very busy. Please book ahead if you need in and if you need to reschedule let me know with as much notice so I can offer it to another client.
