Some of you already know, but unfortunately the time has come for me to tell you. I will be finishing hairdressing for good in Aberdeen on Friday 2nd August 2024.

Tamara Hair is coming to an end after 8 years. I'm so humbled and thankful for you letting me into your lives an keeping me in business for 8 years. You're more than just clients! ❤️

If you would like an appointment before i finish up, please get in touch, and I will do my best to fit you in before I leave.

So for some reason my phone wasn't getting the text msgs that people were sending while I was off work for 2 weeks getting married. Not sure why this has happened but so far I have had a few people say they text me, and I don't have anything in my inbox.

Hope you're all keeping well. As am sure you're all aware we got our start date for going back to work on April 5th........... Yay!!!! 🤩

Since the date was announced my phone has been going mental which is amazing am overwhelmed with all your support 😊!! So please bare with me, i have taking a few days to get organised and I will be dealing with everyones appointments over the next few days starting from tomorrow.

As am sure you're all aware this is a provisional date. So I will not be sorting/organising any appointments at this moment incase things change.

I will be dealing with appointments the same as I did last time. If you had an appointment that has been cancelled you will get first refusal of appointments, you are already on the list so don't panic I will call you! then I will work my way through my list of everyone else that has contacted me since for an appointment. I feel this is the only way to keep things fair 😊

Just to let you know the hair and beauty industry is still very much open in Aberdeen! An I will continue to work until told other wise.

We have been taking all precautions to keep you safe and will continue to do so.

If you or a family member have been to any of these named bars or restaurants YOU must get in touch to reschedule!

Also with a 5 mile radius travel ban for leisure, if you are out with the salon and are uncomfortable to attend your appointment please don't hesitate to get in touch to rearrange, there will be no fee.

So am not sure if much of you know but Rosemount is going through some changes due to COVID-19 and social distancing, the council has decided to make most of Rosemount place one way.

So I thought I would post this to give you all an idea of how you get here and where to park.

Hope you're all doing well. As am sure you're all aware we have provisionally been given the green light to open from the Wednesday 15th of July.

I am working my way through contacting everyone that has been cancelled during the lockdown and those that have contacted me since to book. Am trying to do it as fairly as possible. So please bare with me if I haven't phone you back yet, this is going to take a few days to sort out.

💇‍♀️Customer Notice 💇‍♀️

Due to the COVID-19 CRISIS it is with a heavy heart that I have to follow the government advise/guildlines and stop working untill further notice. So as from today Monday 23rd March 2020 I will be not be working.

It is devastating for me but it's the only and right decision to make for the safety of myself and my clients.

I will be back to work as soon as the government says it's safe to.

I will be touch with everyone about rearranging appointments once we are on the other side of this, an welcome you all back ❤

💇‍♀️To all my clients 💇‍♀️

Business will remain running as normal as I can until told or unable to, unfortunately I can not afford to not work for weeks on end!

All I ask is please if you are feeling unwell with any flu/covid-19 symptoms or any contagious illnesses or who have been travelling/been around family & friends that have travelled to different countries to please reschedule your appointment! this protects both myself & other clients but most importantly it helps stop anything spreading further! If everyone can also please come to their appointments alone, this will help also prevent anything spreading!

Everything within the salon is and will be kept clean & disinfected to the highest standard & will be asking all clients to wash their hands before their appointment. If however you would like to reschedule/cancel any appointments you have please do this in as much advance as possible!

Thanks so much everyone for understanding, this is a stressful time for everyone but especially self employed people!
