It’s comforting. It’s spa-like. It’s the kind of scent that makes you pause for a second longer.

When I first started making bath bombs for Highland Serenity Soaks, my Mum looked at the finished ones and said,
“Those look just like scoops of ice cream.”
And honestly… now I can’t unsee it 🍦
Maybe making bath bombs is a bit like being at the beach.
The mixture should feel like wet sand in your hands, and the finished bombs look like perfect little scoops.
If only the weather in Aberdeenshire matched the vibe…
Summer feels a very long way away at the moment ❄️
Until then, I’ll just keep making my “ice cream” bath bombs and pretending I’m on a sunny beach somewhere.

It’s one of the key ingredients in my Muscle Relief Bath Bomb, and it’s traditionally used to:
