I have been suffering from stress urinary incontinence since reaching my 50’s. I have no idea if this is anything to do with menopause or just weakness caused by 2 vaginal birth deliveries in my 20’s and a lack of pelvic floor exercises since!
I was a little sceptical when I booked my 1st session but thought it was worth giving a go. I’ve had 3 treatments spaced approximately 4 weeks apart and will be having my final treatment in just over 1 week. I can honestly say this works and I am delighted with the results. I can now do a high intensity fitness class with very little leakage!
The sessions are quick and pain free and I didn’t feel any discomfort whatsoever. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone suffering from mild stress incontinence – it works!!
