My sisters and my mum will be walking 100km in September to help raise money for Sands charity in memory of my niece, Rosie Raine.

Sands is a charity that helps support everyone who is affected by the loss of a baby.

All services have gone up a maximum of £2, whilst the others by £1.

Just want to say a massive thank you to all of who have been in this year and for all the support for the shop! It’s been a brilliant year which has seen the shop and services expand with Bev joining as a barber and Tom offering his masseuse services.

Looking forward to the year to come and can’t wait to keep you all looking fresh ✂️

Tawse was fantastic throughout the whole of November.
It starts in training, when you give 💯 in training you get good results on match days.
Tawse is always encouraging others and keeping others going, not only on match days but in training to.

With the position Tawse plays sometimes in games he does not get the credit he deserves. So this award is fully deserved. Every game Tawse plays he gives his all, he sits in front of the defence constantly scanning to see the dangers ahead, he sticks with his man throughout and wins the duel almost every single time.
Tawse is good on the ball and always looks to get it out wide to get us on the attack or just a simple ball into one of our attacking midfielders to get the move going.

Tawse also does a lot of work on his fitness away from football and this season it has been noticed.
Tawse is one of the first names on the team sheet every week and this is down to his attitude, he always wants to improve and he always asks questions on how he can do this.
Tawse always used to say he hates running well he's getting good at it now as he covers a lot of ground in that midfield.
On the 25th and 26th of November Tawse completed 90 minutes for the first team and Development team, he wouldn't of been able to do this a few years ago, again it just proves hard work pays off. We won both games that weekend, on the 25th we beat Bontnewydd in one of our best results of the season then on the 26th we beat Llysfaen Development 5-4 in a crazy and frantic game, that day Tawse was an experienced head and helped the lads get over the line.

Seriously Tawse keep up the good work, We will say it again you play in a position which at times is under appreciated well not at this club, we have noticed how hard you've been working, all we ask is now you keep going. Thank you for all your hard work.
