Polite reminder about our Cancelation policy

This week alone we have lost out on over £300 worth of appointments that haven't been attended/cancelled on the day. It's the first week of December and it's a very busy month with everyone wanting the luxury of having there hair done before Christmas. After the huge disruptions to trade over the last 18 months I'd really appreciate clients continuing to communicate accordingly . So we ask you kindly to stick to your appointments and if you can't, then give us as much notice as possible so we can try and accommodate others.

24 hours notice required otherwise 50% payable
On the day/ missed appointments 100% payable

Lia came to the salon three years ago in June 2018, a beautiful young lady who wanted to give hairdressing another go, with her ambition and determination she has finally passed her NVQ2 with Distinction.

Lia has been an absolute joy to teach, she has never moaned or grumbled despite the pandemic delaying her progress and has always been proactive in her spare time. I'm immensely proud to call her my friend and colleague. I'm so excited for her future in hairdressing and can't wait for her to develop her skills, making clients super happy.
