✨ Appointment Policy Update ✨

Hi lovely clients 💕

Due to a rise in last-minute cancellations and no-shows and unfortunately due to timewasters and people making appointments they have no intention of showing up for, with fake profiles🙈 I will now be taking a small non-refundable deposit to secure all bookings.

This will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

I completely understand things can come up, so please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to rearrange 💖
