🧠 Mindset Monday

One of the most powerful tools you have on this journey isn’t a product, a meal plan or even the scales.

It’s the conversation you’re having with yourself every day.

If you keep telling yourself:

❌ “I can’t do this.”
❌ “I’m always failing.”
❌ “I’ve got no willpower.”

Eventually you’ll start to believe it.

But what if you changed the script?

✅ “I can do this.”
✅ “I only need to get through the next 10 minutes.”
✅ “This craving will pass.”
✅ “I’ve done hard things before.”

When people stop smoking, they’re often encouraged to wait a few minutes when a craving hits. Most of the time, the urge passes.

Food cravings work in a very similar way.

The next time you’re tempted to eat something off plan, don’t tell yourself “I can’t have it.”

Instead say:

👉 “Not right now. I’ll decide in 10 minutes.”

Then distract yourself. Go for a walk, make a drink, send a message, do a job around the house.

You might be surprised how often the urge disappears.

Remember, cravings are temporary.

Your goals are much bigger than a momentary feeling.

Today, try talking to yourself like someone you believe in.

Because if you believe you can do this, you’re already halfway there. 💛

A new month starts today and with it comes a fresh opportunity.

Don’t worry about what happened in May. Whether you had a brilliant month, a few wobbles, or feel like you’ve been starting and stopping, tomorrow is a brand new page.

I’ve attached a 30 Day June Tracker.

The challenge is simple:

✅ Stay on the plan you are following, each day
✅ Tick off the days as you go
✅ Focus on one day at a time
✅ See where 30 days of consistency can take you

Remember, you don’t need to be perfect. You just need to keep showing up.

Imagine how you’ll feel on 30th June knowing you gave it your best effort for the whole month.

🥗 LOW CALORIE HIGH PROTEIN MEAL IDEA

The best plan is always the one you can stick to. Consistency beats perfection every time. 😊

🍗🥚 Chicken & Egg Protein Salad

Ingredients

• 85g chicken breast (uncooked weight)

• 1 large egg

• Mixed salad leaves

• Cucumber

• Tomato

Optional Dressing

• 30g low fat natural yoghurt
• Salt and black pepper
• Mixed herbs

Nutrition

• Calories: approximately 220 kcal (including dressing)

• Protein: approximately 30g

Chicken weight is uncooked weight.

Simple, low in calories, high in protein and filling

💡 A Quick Tip That Could Save Your Week

One meal, one snack, one difficult day or one off plan moment does not ruin your weight loss journey.

What often causes problems is when we think, “I’ve blown it now, so I may as well carry on.”

The people who are most successful don’t necessarily have perfect weeks. They simply get back on track at the very next opportunity.

So if you’ve had a wobble this week:

✅ Don’t wait until Monday
✅ Don’t punish yourself
✅ Don’t give up

Just make your next choice a good one.

A single off plan moment can be recovered from. Turning it into an off plan day, weekend or week is what really slows progress.

Keep going. Consistency beats perfection every time. 😊
