This client discovered us on Facebook after a disappointing experience with her previous hairdresser where she felt unheard. She was impressed by our reviews and booked a consultation. Initially told to wait weeks or opt for a late-night appointment, we went for the latter and wrapped up late . We had a great conversation, found common ground and she even got some work done while her colleagues were amazed she was getting her hair done so late but needs must.

This client has been coming to the salon for 19 years and at Christmas time she decided to start embracing her natural greys it's been a journey as she was previously a very dark brown today we added some subtle dimension with a mix of pepper and salt tones it was a challenge as when she first started this transition we couldn't see her natural growth pattern but today we could and Lucie was able to mimic her natural colour
