Today marks 12yrs since our little SweetPea Hannah left our arms. My Clients have been amazing they know I’ve struggled majorly this year & I thank you for your patience & understanding once again. As some will know I process this through words, so below is my attempt of expressing grief My grief is not like your grief,

nor a phase that one outgrows.
It shifts, it bends, it lingers,
in ways no timeline shows.

At times, it weighs like oceans,
and the world forgets to turn.
At others, just a whisper—
a breath behind the burn.

Yet still it walks beside us,
a shadow, soft and true.
To name it is to know it;
to know it pulls us through.

So let it come in silence,
in storms, or gentle rain.
For grief, in all its changing,
