💅 Don’t pick or peel
Lifting creates tiny gaps where moisture can sneak in. If you notice lifting – book an infill, don’t DIY it.

💧 Keep them dry
After washing your hands, showering or swimming, make sure you dry underneath your nails properly.

🧤 Wear gloves for cleaning
Water + chemicals + time = not your friend.

📆 Stick to your maintenance appointments
Overgrown nails are more prone to lifting. Regular infills keep everything sealed and secure.

🚫 Don’t glue lifting nails back down yourself
It traps moisture and can make things worse.
