When science meets style this happens 😍

This time last year… I wasn’t in a good place.
In January I started my new chapter as a self employed stylist exciting but scary. Then on the 1st of April, my family called… my 20 year old nephew was killed in a car accident. Three months later, I lost my dad.

It completely broke me.
I turned to emotional eating, my body changed, my hair started falling out, and I just didn’t recognise myself anymore.
The photo on the left was taken around this time last year.

The one on the right is now after a year of healing, working on myself, and slowly rebuilding my mental and physical strength.

I’m sharing this not for compliments, but to remind you that stress, trauma and grief can affect your body in ways we often don’t realise.
