The Workshop is delighted to announce that the superbly talented Lynsey White will be joining us in March . Lynsey trained with Littlewood and Beaton, then moved to McMillan Hair before opening her own salon. After starting her family she worked with John Bowers and is now joining our talented team ☺️ Initially, Lynsey will be working every Friday from March 8th and one Saturday each month until she completes the transition from her other salon . Important Notice to All Our Clients. Following the announcement earlier today from the First Minister , we at The Workshop are adhering to new guidelines issued regarding shops that provide non essential services, and are closing the salon for the time being. We haven’t taken this decision lightly but agree that the safety of all our staff and clients is paramount . Our job makes it impossible to adhere to the 2 metre safe social distancing that is required. We will be keeping ourselves up to date with any new developments that might reverse this decision, but feel that this is the responsible course of action to take. We are extremely grateful to all our clients for their business and support over the years , and will be delighted to throw the salon doors open and welcome you all back when this difficult time is over. May we also take time to offer our sincerest thanks to all emergency services, support workers and the wonderful staff in our NHS for their dedication during this quite unprecedented crisis. Thank you 👏👏👏

A message of reassurance to all our clients. We are taking extra precautions in the salon in light of the situation with the coronavirus. All tools, chairs door handles and equipment are being sterilised between clients and we are magazine free.
