Good evening everyone.
I am sending out this blanket message to all clients.
In recent months myself and Leah have very much noticed a hit in our business. From people either cancelling with very late notice, leaving us with no time to fill the appointment slot, or just simply not turning up.
We understand illness strikes at unfortunate times, I myself know that more than anyone, but we are a small self employed business and have really felt a lack in notice or appreciation for our time and money lost.
With this in mind, we have made the tough decision to put a policy in place to cover ourselves should this keep happening.
It’s not been easy, as we really love and value our ladies and gents, but it’s come to crunch now where we’ve found ourselves feeling too often frustrated.

Salon policy

• Some booking may require a booking deposit which will be communicated with you before your appointment.

• You must give at least 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment, so that this can be rescheduled for a later date or filled, full payment will be required for a no show appointment.

• If you cancel later than 48 hours prior to your appointment 50% of that appointment must be paid.

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment any later than 15 minutes may result in your appointment being cancelled.

*There will be an annual price increase to some of
our services from the 1st April,25. This is to reflect increase costs due to inflation and increase overhead costs.

With the super busy festive season upon us we need to be on our A game and can’t afford to take time off poorly sick.
